I don't see a big deal with the epa seizing cars that were ilegally imported and had the vin number changed?

???????????????????????? Those trucks are very RARE and i have worked on a few over the years. They are EXEMPT from Emissions and were America specked when they were imported. But when you are dealing with a state like CAL you have no rights and whose fault is it. They elect these politicians that trash everyone's rights and then they complain. I wonder when they will come for cars that have air pumps removed or defeated. Or CATS that are removed????? Just a thought!! Have a great day guys.

Which article stated the VIN on that Land Rover was changed and stated that it was illegally imported?
