Never in person before. They do come up on ebay once in awhile.
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

Yeah, one was on eBay about a month ago.
Current: 1986 Thunderbird, 105k 3.8/C5, 2 tone  Midnight Wine/Medium Taupe, wing windows, wire wheel covers.


Former: 1985 Cougar GS 115k Oxford White/Regatta Blue, 5.0, full console, 14" 8 hole aluminum T-Bird rims, Edelbrock valve covers.

I once found a 4-door Lincoln Continental with the BMW inline-6 diesel option. It was in a junkyard and must have had a catastrophic turbo malfunction based on the appearance of the engine. That's the only one I've ever seen in person.

I once saw an eBay photo of a diesel Mark VII while it was farting out huge clouds of black smoke from the exhaust. It was hilarious. :fart:

I pulled a rear out of one and hung onto it for a while until i couldn't find.proper brake brackets for it, lost interest and sold it. it had 3:73's and.trac.loc.

they only made them 84 and 85 and between the two years barely sold 400 of them.

I saw one of those at a junkyard here in California years ago. I looked at the engine a few times...I was confused. LOL
