If you mean the wires going across the glass, the ones that heat up. You can get repair kits at an auto part store.. there real cheap.

If you mean the wires that connect the rear defrosters to the switch.. im not sure where they run through,  but you should just patch the 2 together.

the power wire that is attached to the glass.  looks like it was soldered at one time.  is there some kind of metal based glue?

JB-weld is metalbased but alot like bondo mix and spread.......i dunno if it will conduct electricity

Autozone sells a rear window defrost repair kit, it comes with the special adhesive to reattach the power wires to the glass. Also comes with liquid to repair the defroster lines that are on the glass. Works great. :D

there is a batch of stuff out there called liquid solder i think and i actuallly need to do this to my wifes bronco.  You brush it on and its done.

thanks alot :D  I'll look and try this weekend  I'll let you know what I find and how it works
