Do you even bother to read any other part of this forum that isn't one of your threads?

With do you need a stick ? for dont lose the rutine or for pleasure  driving  ?

The AOD  seems to be fine, since it will handle very much torque, but all the Info are at the coolcats site like Tbird232 wrote.

That's one swap that I probably won't be doing on my T-bird.  The new Neon can be a real pain in the ass to shift, especially in city traffic.  Sometimes I wish it was an auto, but not often.  I'll leave the t-bird an automatic just to give my left foot a break.  Plus, what's cooler than chirping second gear?

It's Gumby's fault.

C'mon... you'd have to have an astronomical amount of horsepower to do such a thing... like... 200 or something!

Mine will chirp in third WITHOUT using the clutch - torque is your friend :D

Hah, I never said I was packing that kinda power.  Right now my wildest dreams are made up of numbers like 175.  Right now my car has 0 because of a huge parasitic loss called a busted ring & pinion.

Parasitic loss???  :bs: Your rear ain't robbing HP, just not transfering it.

You need to get off yer ass, and fix your rear... :D

Anyone can feel free to use that little quip as a sig quote.  :giggle:
