laptop issue

my old vaio wont keep time.
right now it says 7:31 and doesnt change....  is this the cmos battery?

that would be my first thought !!!!...............how old is the battery ?

prob around 2004 or 2005.
purchased new for me to take to IRAQ and use over there. when i was contracting with the 1st ID
