oil leaks

rebuilt engine and have had leaks. I put a t3/t4 on the car fmic, kirban regulater, bigger cam. Last night I got the boost up to around 12 maybe a little more and the breather on the valve cover came out of the vlave cover. I checked my compression it is at 150lbs. Seems like I am building pressure inside the engine causing it to force the oil out of the engine. 3 rear main seals, removed the rear main cap and applied rtv and retorqued. added a washer to oil pan bolts, and am baffeled. Anyone ever had this issue? I am on the verge of pulling the engine back out and ????? Don't know I installed new pcv but think maybe I need to get the Ford one but am not sure how much of a check valve it has vs the other ones? Again I have the potential for more with this car but the  oil leaks are drving me ......

I do agree that Ive heard to use the Motorcraft PCV valve.  Not sure I that would be enough to cause the problems you are having though.

check the PCV valve . if you can blow from the intake side to the lower hose side that is not good. that is letting boost go into the crankcase, thus pressurizing it.
motorcraft PCV valve are best to use and not allowing boost pressure into the crank case. a few of us guys are running homemade check valves instead of a PCV valve. i made mine using two threaded barb fittings and a ball bearing and spring. got it all at my local hardware store.

on a side note:
i rebuilt mine back in 2007. ive been dealing with a leak in the same area. i replaced the rear main seal and resealed the pan. still leaked. i regret using a remanfactured crankshaft kit. i should have measured everything agian, but didnt. it leaves a few drips when parked.
