My wife says,"yep, you look pretty much like ground beef"chance ponders on this for a moment and says..... "mom, if im ground beef, are you the cow i came from" i instantly had to jump on that one, i dont care if im in the dog house or not!!!! Quote Selected

Re: kids say the darndest things Reply #4 – June 14, 2005, 11:58:44 PM The funniest thing I can remember my son saying was probably one of the most embarrassing moments of my life. To set this up, I used to work in a meat processing plant, and my wife took a job in the purchasing department for the same company. We were standing in line at the grocery one afternoon, and somehow my son (about 6)started asking questions about what we do at work. I tried to be discreet since it was pretty obvious from what he had already heard what I did, and he was trying to relate it to her position. I tried to tell him it wasn't somethng we should talk about here. Anyway, after we finally got the subject changed, and thought we were safe, he suddenly blurted out "My Mommy buys pigs, and my Daddy Kills them." Everyone for several lanes turned to see our reaction, and we both just hung our heads and smiled. What can you say??? Quote Selected
