1988 T-Bird Sport Coupe--5.0 HO, MAF swap, 1-5/8" shorties, BBK/Flowmaster exhaust, Explorer intake, 70mm Edelbrock TB, T5, B&M short throw, Centerforce clutch and PP, disc brake TC rear w/ 3.55's, TC front brakes, '98 Cobra springs, DIY SFC's, other misc .  14.05 @ 98mph with launching too low and shifting too high.

Well Thank you CHROME. Just wanted to share it with you guys. I think this car is very different from what we are used to. The AMX was not very popular i think????  But this car is very nicely dun and my buddy did it by himself.  Thanks

Very nice!  Tell your friend he did a great a job and has a sweet ride!  I think it's a beautiful body style.

Very nice car, you don't see many AMC cars still living these days. What engine does it have?

Nice car...I don't think any AMC's were popular.  If they had been, they might still be around!

Nice. I almost bought an AMX for my first car but my father told me not to because parts would be hard to come by for it. I bought a '78 Trans Am instead. Much as I loved that T/A I wish I would've bought the AMX...
