Hell yeah. Garagemahal status: achieved.

2.5" Duals, no cats, Flowmaster 40s, Richmond 3.73s w/ Trac-Lok, maxed out Baumann shift kit, 3000 RPM Dirty Dog non-lock TC

A little over $11K. Which is how much my neighbor paid for the same style of garage from the same company.....15 years ago. Apparently because these builders haven't had much business over the past few years they are willing to deal.
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

Looks good Lou, but where is the insulation and drywall?

I opted not to have it done as I just store the T-bird in the garage over the winter and don't really do any work on the car at that point. Even with an insulated, heated garage it's too  cold to be outside in the winter ;).

I keep finding ways to tinker with the garage, like an over head work light that retracts. It's like a new toy I can't leave alone.

You make me want my Aunt's house even more! I sure hope things work out and then I'll have a nice garage too.
