Clever, cheap storage/organizing solutions... Reply #1 – February 28, 2012, 10:50:53 PM When my dad built his garage, he put in upper and lower cabinets like you would find in a kitchen. The uppers he made the doors like 3 or 4 inch deep boxes. Most of them on the inside he put peg board in and hung tools and such. One of them, he made little shelves with a lip on them. In these tiny little shelves he put baby jars full of small nuts and bolts. It would take a very skilled carpenter to replicate them. Quote Selected
Clever, cheap storage/organizing solutions... Reply #2 – February 28, 2012, 11:34:41 PM We took a 2x10 screwed a bunch of babyfood/olive/pickle jar lids to it and filled the jars with screws, nails, washers and a bunch of stuff and screwed the board to the rafters Quote Selected
