having fuel problems

Well its a 83 cougar tbi fuel pump is kicking. Filter is fine, but it will run fine till it gets warm goes down the road fine. But when it gets warm it will spit and die. The last owner pulled the egr the egr sensor is still hanging around. Could it be the choke or what. Thought about going carb, gt intake. The motor is sound other then this problem. Anything would be helpful.

                      Thanks

See my thread "No Start After Hot (short run)" .  Better title would have been "No Start After Warm"
Been playing with this for sometime and still no definitive answer.
If the head gasket has never been addressed, that is where I would start looking if it is a 3.8L.

Why do you suspect a fuel problem?
Have you put a fuel pressure gage on it?
