tuning software

need some advice on tuning software.. after i move and (re)open up shop, i want to broaden the horizons a little and get into tuning. anyone here recommend any certain software? i don't want a ford specific program as my partner deals with anything import that comes through the door and he'll be using it as well

I know Pro Dyno just outside of Charlotte uses SCT Performance.  http://www.sctflash.com

He does focus on Fords, but I believe the software is compatible with other makes.
