Parts value question....

How much is an NOS leather wrapped Sport style shifter  (AOD car), and an NOS dual power seat console control panel plate worth? Both new in the boxes.

Vinnie, I know what control panel you're talking about, and I almost bought it last night. If things weren't so tight around here, it would be on it's way here right now.

Guesstimates: shifter handle would be roughly $30-50. Plate I've seen as high as $100 but remember that when new, those plates were all around $12 each, so realistically you can get $50, maybe more. It all depends on the options on the plate too (I think there were 8 different combinations).

I got in a bidding war for the console switch plate I have in my T-bird. It's not NOS but mint used. I spent north of $100 on it...

I may stick them in the third drawer of the tool box for hibernation. I'm in no hurry to sell them. The handle I can't use at all, I have a T-5. I may keep the handle in case I come across another Bird one day, or, heaven forbid...an '88 Cougar. The plate may go on my spare console panel that I have....maybe. I still like the one I did too much to remove it. LOL.
