Build will be a 306 base running 10lb or so boost. With a D1SC procharger. Haven't decided on a cam or intake yet. I really like the looks of the bbk ssi but looks arnt everything.

Dang I picked up a aluminum shaft for the same price on saturday and have it in already, although I'm not sure its worth it yet since I only saved 4 pounds over the steel one.  Havent driven it yet though.
Good luck on the engine build!

They are Engine Works I talked to them before I bought them and they stated they are cast at the same place in Austraila as procomp and then they take the bare castings at engine works and machine them to there specs. They were cheep and I bought them used. Paid $400 for the set with 1.6 roller tip rockers and guid plates The guy I bought them from said they made good power for him he spun a bearing on his ride and needed cash. Im on a limited budget so I thought I would give them a shot. I figure since Im boosting and still running a T5 I dont want to get real crazy and have to replace my trans a week after I put this motor in.
