Front tire, rear tire, left, right?  What part of the tire hits what part of the wheel well?  What changed on the car when this started happening or did it just start happening with no changes?  We need more information to help you out.

Okay, so it's both front tires and this has been going on since you have owned the car. Can you tell where they are rubbing? Is there a mark on the plastic inner fender?

A full clear explanation of what's actually happening would be nice for those of us trying to guess at trying to help.

It'shiznitting the fender on the outside? When you turn at driving speeds?

Is it the car in your sig? Stock height? Stock wheels/tires?

How much does the car roll when turning?  Does the front end rattle over bumps?

It *could* be that the car has too little roll stiffness, and due to the nature of the Fox platform to roll the outside wheel to postive camber on turn, you *could* be having an issue with the tire contacting the fender.
Then again, it could be rubbing someplace else.
