When is it all in?

IIRC the EEC-IV processor adds 20* of timing to the base timing. So with the factory 10* you get 30* of total timing. With it set at 12* you should get 32* total timing.

The only way to find out what's best for your combo is to keep adding timing till it either pings or the power drops off. Experiment and see what your car likes. That's the fun of it :).

We'll probably bump it up to 14 today or tomorrow.....maybe. I really haven't had a chance to really see what she's capable of since the intake swap. i will after work when I ship out my GT-40 intake to it's new parents.

I'm not sure with EFI but Mechanical and vacuum advance distributor's you can change how fast all the timing comes in I'm sure there's a way?

Megasquirt 2 with 36lbs injectors on hurricane intake with 4150 throttle body.Tremec TKO 600 Quicktime blowsheild spec stage 3 clutch. 3.73 gears and still not done

I am running a 70mm on my 351w right now.
1988 Thunderbird Sport. Work in Progress
5.8L swap w/fitech efi, 4R70W swap w/quick 4 controller, 2003 GT rear diff, 5 Lug swap

Bought this car back as an old project car.

I did some smoothing on the 70mm yesterday, rolled the edges like a trumpet, and still have a whistle, although not as bad. I'll drill a small hole in the blade, and see what happens.
