5.0 engine swap

i have an 88 thunderbird turbo coupe and i am swaping a 302 into it.  The problem i am having is that i cant find any motor mounts for a thunderbird or cougar V8. I am trying to locate the plates that bolt to the engine and frame.  does anyone know where i can get some or does any have some i could buy?  Thanks for your help!

Assuming you mean the upper bracket that bolts to the block, your only bet is the junkyard. They are a dealer only part that has been discontinued...

don't bother with trying to find the bracket that bolts to the engine. just goto autozone and get mounts for a '84-'92 Lincoln Mark VII. they are they same mounts known as "conv mounts"...

But they WILL NOT fit a '86-'88 Tbird/Coug.... Mounts are unique to these years...

so, how would a feller go about getting mounts then?
would a mustang k-member have to be used, and mounts, or will the k-member even fit?

you can swap k-members from a mustang to a t-bird but its not real easy and it would cost alot more money to do that.
