My 80' rides

Hello my name is Pablo and today I present my cars.

First the car of my youth my MERKUR XR4TI 140'' turbo 1988. :burnout:



Second the turbo''Tbird 140 1984, car acquired in order to have spare parts for mercury's. an excellent car that the owner was in very poor condition of bodywork. :burnout:



and finally my new 1987 Mercury Cougar 20th Anniversary''232. acquired car 1 month ago.



I'm really happy with my new car but still can not walk I'm sure we will walk in a short time riding together.

Nice Merkur, I've always liked those weird little things...

...but that ain't no anniversary Cougar. All anniversary Cougars were cabernet red with special suede interior and had the 5.0...

ALL Aniversary cougars? Reason I'm asking we have a Black one with Red Badges and Brown interior, has the 5.0 HO.
88 Turbocoupe: Coast High Performance 331 kit 28oz balance, Comp XE264HR14 cam, 58cc 185 afr heads, 1.7 roller rockers, Mass-Flo EFI (was POS to setup and their techline is a joke at best)
Full 1 5/8 primary equal length headers, 2 1/2 exhaust, Full manual reverse VB c4 and baked off clear coat "BECAUSE RACECAR"

All. And if it's got the 5.0 HO it's not factory

Excuse my ignorance ... I had the idea that any body of cougar was the 20th anniversary celebration.
