After over a year the Bird finally has tags.

Man it seems like its been a long time but I am finally able to drive the bird. I was worried about the inspection due to the fact that there is no longer any smog system in the car and no tailpipes just turndowns but the guy doing the inspection looked under the car and said humm you even got the full exhaust on the car.

I'm getting the tags for my Mark Monday....... Can't wait  to drive it somewhere other than quick trips to the store...... We don't have any inspections here, we just hand over our money and get our paperwork, smooth transaction LOL

I'm almost at 2 years straight on the road. Only been down for one weekend, and that was my wreck. Gonna try to get the station wagon on the road in the next week though. Junkyarding tomorrow.

I honestly dont think you could exceed the cost of a new car buy installing new *stock* parts everywhere in your coug our tbird. Its just plain impossible. You could revamp the entire drivetrain/engine/suspenstion and still come out ahead.
