TC rear diff in a Sport. TC prop valve help

#1) do i need the 1/4 to 3/16 inverted adapter to match the TC flex line to the Sport hard line?

#2) do I have to make a small length of brake line to have the line reach the TC flex hose?

#3) What size is the Sport hard brake line size and thread and the TC flex hose and thread?

#4) TC prop valve in place of stock prop valve. What adapters needed?

I wish I could tell you more, but I bent all new lines from the prop valve to all 4 corners

#2 yes you can just add the length and move the bracket from the pass side to the driver side.

I do know I can tell you, that it was worth the headache of bending all new lines, I made everything 1/4

I used alot of adapters, on the TC combo valve so the 1/4 would fit ( I also drilled out the ports in the TC valve to 3/16 from 1/8 to move more fluid.

I used the stock 85 TC brake booster and a 1984 Mustang SVO master cylinder

I figures some people have done this swap. I hope they have done it. I have had the diff sitting in my garage for about 10 months. I want it installed since I did the 351w swap.

I will tell you taht with the mod on the combo valve, and the new 1/4 tube everywhere
all you have to do is about rest your foot on the brake pedal and you can feel the brakes grab, push down and you best be strapped in, they will about thow you out the winshield!

Does anyone know if the 3.8L and 5.0L Thunderbird share the same brakes?

I may see if I can find a prop valve from one of these cars and then I will be able to match up lines and get adapters before I do the swap.

Well if I can find a stock one like mine, then I can remove it. With the TC one I have I can find the proper adapters to make it all work. I am trying to make this a couple hour job at work where all my air tools and other tools are. I hate screwing arround in a garage on the floor. I like my hoist and tools. So if I can make it all go together well, then I am set. A couple hours and I will be mobile again. Thas why I am asking for help from people on here that have done the swap. I did a search and eveyone seems to leave out alot of stuff. Same when I did a 5.0L to 5.8L swap. Nobody seems to want to give up all the info where I will.

well I will share what i can with you.

I bent all new lines from the MC back, the only adapter I needed was in the pass side front, to go from the 1/4 steel to the flex line.

but I had to put fittings in all the ports of the combo valve, and removed the pressure switch too for a 2nd line to the front

I installed the 88 TC 8.8 rear brakes on my 7.5 so that part of the set up is the same
