thermostat temp question

what is the best thermostat to use on a 1984 3.8 engine?
there seem to be quite a few. i cant remember what one i used last time i did it. this engine has about 130,000 miles on it , so i dont know if they makes any difference.

Not sure on the 3.8's, but fuelie 5.0 is 192 and you do not want to go lower then that unless you like running rich.
