86 TC A/C problem. HELP!!

When I rev the motor the A/C clutch locks up. I did everything necessary for the LA3 swap including adding a wire to the 3pin and 6pin that go to the blk/wht wire and dark green/white wire coming from trans.

What could be the possible problem?

the entire water pump pulley stopped spinning not just the a/c compressor, are you belts tight? are they glazed? maybe time for new ones.

on my 87 when I kick in the A/C the belt squeals for a short amount of time. I narrowed it down to the main serpentine belt.
