driveshaft diameter

i need to know what diameter we can put under our bird
i find a 4.25 inches it is too big ??

I think the aluminum driveshaft I have is 4 inches in diameter....

Most anything can be made to work, but 4.25" is large diameter.

A call to a drive shaft shop would most appropriate as it seems likely it will require custom work to get it necked down to fit the U-joint s.

I have a heavy duty custom unit at 3.5".  I had to change to larger drive shaft loop to get it to fit my application (of course not everyone runs one of those...).

i pull the alu shaft out from a f-150
the guy want 75 $
and the shop 75$ for shrink it
but its the 4.25 inch i'm not sure
