New Engine Codes

So I've been chasing the idle lurch problem, where the car will sparatically(sp?) lurch forward as if I pressed on the accelerator, when I didn't and I ran codes again today. I got some new codes, so I thought I would put them up, and maybe one thing can lead to the solution.

Codes:
67:Neutral safety circuit failure.
22:MAP/BP sensor out of self test range.
51:ECT sensor signal is greater than the Self-Test maximum of 4.6 volts.
54: ACT sensor signal is greater than the Self-Test maximum of 4.6 volts.
53:TPS circuit above maximum 4.5 volts.
31:PFE or EVP circuit has intermittently failed below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts.
22:MAP/BP sensor out of self test range

Now I have no idea what code 31 is refering to. When I removed the ECU yesterday to check to see if a certain questionable pin was connected, I noticed the ground wires coming off the main ECM harness was loose. So I tightened that. I ran codes yesterday and only got the 67, and one about the neutral safety switch.

What can cause the nuetral safety switch to not work. I know the car can not be started in drive, what else would throw this code? I feel all of the voltage related codes are probably caused by 1 thing, as i've never had them appear before. Is there anything that might cause voltages to be out of wack? Anyone have any suggestions?

So I removed pin 30 on the engine ECM computer, in the hopes it would remove the 67 code, but it did not. After removing the wire, code 67 still remains. Also, the other codes that were "stored in memory", the ones displayed after a 1, are gone. The car has not had 40 warm up cycles in the testing today, so now I'm starting to wonder in the paperclip jumper wire strategy is really an accurate one. Code 33 now came back which is the EGR not opening, but its after the single flashing light from the light, indicating its "saved in memory". I'm so lost, something isn't right here.  Hopefully someone here has suggestions.
