shoulda...coulda...woulda... Reply #31 – May 20, 2010, 02:13:25 AM I think the numbers of cars are relatively low considering the fact these were daily driven cars for most people. Every now and then you see a investment grade car come up for sale, but they are rare. These cars just dont have the broad "Mustang" and hot rod appeal. Which is why i have always liked them, and Torino's too. They always stand out at a car show. I think there are many more Fox birds out there than realized......I am very into Torino's and there seems to be a never ending supply of these cars, and these are 10-15 years older than the Fox birds. If we all plan on hanging on to these cars, now is the time to d parts. sheet metal etc...cause you will never see anyone re-popping any parts for these cars, unless they are common to the Mustangs of the same years. I search the internet high and low and there are deals to be found. i recently scored a complete set of body side mouldings for my car (NOS) and paid $100 bucks for the set. Also, scored a NOS grill in the Ford Box for $75. You just have to be persistent. Quote Selected
