has anyone used the 99-2002 Cougar oem rims for their 87-88?

I have been rim shopping because my stock 10 hole'ers need some TLC. (gonna put snow tires on them) Noticed the newer model cougars have the same hole pattern 4/108 but are 16 x 6.5 and a different offset. Anyone running these? Know if theyd be ok? or have a better idea? I really like the newer ones with 6 spoke and cougar center cap.

The center hub is a different size. I can't remember if its too small or too big. The offset would probably make it look funny.

Even if it does bolt up, the hub more or less holds the weight of the car. The lug nuts just stop it from falling off.

Fwd offset will put it under the car.
