New parts but speedbumps sound terrible

I cannot pinpoint what is causing some pretty bad sounds front the frontend of the car when I go over speedbumps - even if it is a VERY slow roll. What all is up front that would be impacted by a speed bump, including slowly going up and down them? The sound is a pretty bad sing noise but the entire front suspension is new and very well greased. Fairly certain it's not the struts (3k miles, Bilsteins) and the only other things are the control arms/ball joints (some 13k miles), sway bar (new polyurethane bushings 3k miles ago along with end links), tie rod ends (3k miles), springs (3k miles), other bushings other than the ones on the control arms (3k miles) and that's about it in terms of something that would make this noise. I can't hear anything on normal or bumpy roads but it is quite loud over steep speed bumps.

The only thing in the front that's old is the steering linkage that I need to replace but I don't see that making this noise. I swear it also made a similar noise before all the replacement parts but it's gotten much worse if that's the case. Any hints on what to look for? Perhaps I should just take it to some place to get it shaken down?

Edit: The control arms are lower mileage than I thought, after looking at some dospoogeentation. I haven't driven the car much in the last 5 years. Often, but not much.

I'm fairly certain it doesn't sound like that - they only se when turning sharply as when parking into tight spots or something. Front springs are like 1/2" lower or something. Stock 225/60R16's on snowflakes.
