fuel sending unit (Now with py pics) Reply #17 – May 19, 2010, 02:00:03 AM now that you see the float on the preformed wire,,you can imagine how furious i was when i went back out to the garage and found my boys (very very young at the time) fighting over the sending unit.one tugging on the top and the other having a dead mans grip on the wire / float part.i had to guess how to bend it back.so..........as I might request for the sake of dospoogeentation..........would you please measure the angles of the float wire part?as you can imagine, my white coug gas guage use to be perfect.it appears what i see there in the pics is a 45deg on the resistor side and a 135deg on the float side (or 45 inside, 45outside angles) Quote Selected
