During our vacation, we were able to sidetrack to Palm Beach, Fl for a day at B-J. I'm glad that I went, it was something to see. Getting to see it once is probably enough though. The stage/bidding area are much smaller in person than they look on TV.

Ford had a huge display and ride and drive area. They had a dyno drag race setup with two GT converts. I finally got to see the new 5.0 engine. Nice, but pricey.

I've been watching it on the Speed channel today. Makes me wish I was independently wealthy!

I went to the same auction a few years ago-I think it was the first Barrett Jackson Palm Springs event. Very nice. Outside kit Cobra dealers showed their pricey, and poorly manufactured cars. Inside-lots of very nice cars. I saw some movie cars and a few pricey exotics.
