quad shocks

Last week I installed my tc rear with CHE control arms. Should I put the quad (aka. kicker / axle dampening) shocks back on? How many of you are still using them? There are a lot of people saying they don't really do anything.

I'd keep mine on if the wheels would allow...although with the CHE arms,I haven't had any axle hop at all.

I agree with Vinn, if they fit with your wheel and tires.....I would run them.  Not like they really weigh anything.
