Just picked this up from a local collector. the 83 is a 5.0 AOD with only 38,000 original miles. sweet!

Awesome, ugly wheels but that can be fixed.

you say ugly, i say period correct. i love the look of old centerlines on these cars. those would be better if they were bigger than 14-15" but still not ugly :flip:

I do agree on the period correctness ,I  just think THOSE wheels are ugly , :D

Looks clean, and the wheels look more 1993 than 1983 to me.

Nice find, looks great...and besides, over 20 MPH all polished wheels look the same.  :rolleyes:

Grand Lake huh? COOL!! I'm down in Claremore...the GF and I occassionally take day trips and have ended up running around Grand Lake....very pretty country up there!! Would love to see your Bird sometime up close!! Congrat's on finding it!!
