new shop toys Reply #6 – March 02, 2010, 10:56:51 AM all the pollen in the air from all the flowers and trees blooming. will all get sucked up in there and you will have to clean the filter more than once a week. Quote Selected

new shop toys Reply #10 – March 02, 2010, 03:44:30 PM With the amount of dust you make, them filters are only washable a few times, But how often do you do what you just did?. An exhaust fan would help in nicer weather to compliment that. It's still nice to have. Quote Selected
new shop toys Reply #11 – March 02, 2010, 05:59:26 PM I do this all the time. been using the shop since Dec. I'm going to put an exhaust fan in also. But in the winter, you don't want to suck all the heat out either. the other problem with an exhaust fan is, you need to supply it with an air source too. The filter is the better way to go with maintaining a specific temp and humidity needed for making and finishing cabinets. They say you can wash or blow out the filter 100s of times. it's very durable with a metal frame and reinforcing.A vac system is next on the list before I put the ceiling up. the next job should cover that.
