The  ground has frozen and lifted, can't get my big sliding shop door open...I finally pried it open enough to get a good grip, had to take a small spade and chip bits of frozen dirt so it'd slide shut a little easier. The garage that the Caprice sleeps in? Fuhgetaboutit. That sumbitch ain't budgin'.

Oh, but what I'd give to have a nice, insulated, concrete-floored shop....50x50 would do famously. Complete with tools, and a brace of Ford-fowl to wrench on in it.

I buy a couple lottery tickets every week...maybe next week I'll hit that elusive 10 grand pot. ;)

3 degrees here now, but it ain't any better than 13 below, lol.

To me, if it's 50-60 or less, it's a bit chilly.

Err, uhh, did I mention I love summer, lol...

Just add 3 or 4 feet of snow to that, and you won't have to worry about chipping that dirt, lol.

It's a balmy -17F inside my garage right now.

its 55 in my garage.  I was out there earllier and had me a fire going and got it up to 79.  24x24 garage.

just now i went out and called the cats to the garage. proped the sliding door open with a piece of 2x6 so they can get in and out.  Dogs have been coming up in the early hours having fun trying to catch them.

of course one of the first things one of em did was take a  somewhere,, fuggers. I hate cats,, atleast they all came in under the door though so they know a good warm place is there for them.  I feel a little better knowing they wont freeze.

Usually they sleep in the dog house with the golden lab:D, all friggin 15 of them..... or with the chicken in the chicken house

Lol.
There's a couple cats that come by here every now and then.  They make their way under my storage shed, or up under one of the yard vehicles.  Every Winter you'd think they'd freeze or starve, but every year they come back.  I don't mind them coming around, since they are always aiming for mice.

I wouldn't believe the cats with the hens if I didn't see a pic of it lol...odd, and I see a lot of odd stuff on the farm ;)

Patient? hell ya say! I waited 10 years to have an HO powered Bird, now it's too  cold, too  slick, too -whatever to get it out...this summer better kick ass like it ain't never gonna get kicked again, all I gotta say! :rollin:

And it better involve three (or more. hopefully more, lots more) Tbirds and Cougars from the midwest in one place at the same time.

I've got me a plan...I just have to come up with the money for the body work, as I don't have the skills or tools for that. The paint I CAN do, just have to get some slight rust and few wrinkles worked out first.
