Dash Lights and Fuel Gauge on full SW cluster

So I finally got the car on the road. Its driving pretty good.

Then the gas gauge goes from reading perfectly to flashing E even with a full tank. I have to crawl under and check the wiring, but has anyone else run into this? It was working great the entire time it was sitting in my garage.

Also, can someone tell me the routing for the wire that tells the center console lights to come on? My radio dims with the headlights but the buttons don't light up. Also my heater controls are without illumination.

Searched around but didn't find my answer.
