no start with the key, solved (finally)

fixed a cut wire, works like it should.

tell us all about the red / light blue wire in the column:evilgrin:

I traced that wire all the way down to the connector for the safety switch, about 2.5" or so above the connector, it was cut clean through. (other three were gouged, but not as bad)
Reconnected it, taped 'em all up good, and all is well. Stuck a jumper on the red/lt blue and the white/pink wire terminals, and motor bumped over with the key.

Dunno how the hell the wires got nipped...musta been when I stuck the HO and T5 in together...it worked before when I had 'er in with the SO...

Anyway...Scott...thanks. :D:bowdown:

yeah, it only took me 2 weeks or thereabouts, but...been sick, it's been cold, and honestly, I didn't give 2 shiznits about it at all, until last night, and early this AM.

Some brakes, rear end swap, and I dare say the 'Bird will be once again self-propelled.

Then it's for sale.
