5.0L Extraction

can you give me an idea of what pulling the motor out of one of these cars is about. other than the block, what else do i need to keep? what about stuff under the fenders? wire looms?

i've rebuilt carburetors and made them work.. fuel injection leaves me scratching my head trying to use ohm's law to figure it out. please help!!
