Need opinions on possible garages

Well, I've been looking for a garage to rent for like 5 months that would let me do some work in it as needed. I found 2 in my price range and they're both actually quite different, so I'm looking for opinions.

Garage 1: In more of a city setting. 20 feet deep, will fit 2 cars easily with an extra 5 x 20 section on the left side of garage. No heat and would have to run an extension cord in from an outside outlet for electricity. Also has bad doors, but owner is willing to pay for parts if I find and pay for install. Will also get a few months free rent for doing some leg work for repairs.

Garage 2: You'd never find it if you weren't looking for it. Way off the beaten track, about 19 feet deep. Technically a 2 car garage, but a pool filter and wood stove would make it a 1 car garage with a good amount of work space. Electricity and wood stove inside.

Knowing that I live in MA, winters are cold and both are within 30 minutes of my house, what would you do?

If you're not going to use it as a retail garage then it doesn't really matter how easy it is to find. You only have to find it once, then you know where it is. I'd take the heated one :D

My garage is 20 feet deep and with the car inside there is no room in the rear and I have just enough room up front to work on the car. I suggest putting your bird inside it first before you sign any leases. You don't realize just how big these cars are untill you pull it in..

i hear that. my buddy has a 2 story garrage the size of a barn and my car just bairly fits in length wise. width isnt a problem, but we did my engine swap with the trunk hang'n out.

Well, garage 2 it is. takes a bit of creative parking, but it fits with room to work :)

I'll post some pics when I get set up there
