paypal problems Reply #5 – August 05, 2009, 08:29:00 PM I watch things carefully on eBay and get things for less than half I would get for the same used item if I were to just buy. No problems at all with BUYING on eBay but selling was another story when I did a few times years ago. MS Cashback has also sent me a few hundred dollars back over the last 12 months. I don't have any complains with either - you just have to be cautious with the services, as with anything else online. Prevent the need for disputes with other sellers over money sent through PayPal and things go smoothly. If you actually need the company's support, then you likely did something wrong to cause it (see above). Their support IS a problem for many.Anyways, yes, they won't be going anywhere. There will be a time I will have a problem with a seller and PayPal won't be of any help though.Lastly, it sounds like it was attempting to send money via echeck rather than instant payment. Make sure that this isn't the case. It would indeed be the funding option which normally changes when a card on file expires. Quote Selected
