boy, that 88 sport looks pretty good for the money.

Could be a rusty sow though, from Chicago.

I'd take it over that modded one.  I can spot a couple of things that would have to be fixed from the get go....

The unknown headers appear to be stock HO pieces.  No real issue there.

I'd be putting some hood pins on that fiberglass hood.    A latch is not enough on them.

A 2800 stall converter with "ported E7's? and presumably a stock cam as he makes no mention of it?  Lot's of lost powerband there....

And 24 pound injectors --  again with E7's and presumably a stock cam.....Why do so many people do this?!

On that note -- no mention of the pump either....who knows what the hell is in there.....There's NO  WAY IN HELL I would use that 150 shot without dropping that tank to verify the pump could accommodate it and if not an upgrade would be in order.

WTH is a stage 3 shift kit?!

Where are the windshield wipers?!! :wtf:  Not to mention the cowl trim that attaches at the bottom of the front windshield?
The Rustmaster lers would be the absolute first thing to go!

A serpentine belt setup in which the tensioner was tossed.  I know you can adjust that rod on the alternator, but that's added (and unnecessary) maintenance IMHO.

HD clutches in what?  The AOD?  The rear?  What???

I DO like the P/S bracket used......It shows the pump off and looks nicer than the stock piece....

In short -- to much money for a car put together by someone who honestly didn't know what they were doing, that won't go as fast as it should, that will take time and money to get right......

I'd offer $1700 --- TOPS!!!

Notice I said "some" nice mods. It needs a hell of a lot of work to even be close to my T-bird. The way it is now I bet my T-bird could run away and hide from it, py stock AOD and all:D. It would take about $2,000 to get the thing running and looking right. I don't live far from Tinly Park (where the car is located) and I've never, never seen that car driving around here.

I'm thinking about driving out to look at it. Indiana is about an hour or so drive.......I bet I could get it for $500:hick:
