Unleashed August 25, 2009, 03:23:51 PM Mark Utecht, a fan favorite Rally Competitor in Group 5 competing in the Max Attack Series, and Rally America Events (perhaps others) has won a ride in a 2010 Mustang as part of Ford's Mustang Unleashed Program. He will be driving the Mustang this weekend in the Ojibwe Forest Rally. A couple words from the Driver:Team Z Motorsports did the cage, skid plate, seats, and skid plate. Livernois Motorsports did the driveline and everything else. There were a few things left for us to complete but those two shops did most of it. If I can find time, I will take and post some more pics....Big port 3 valve heads, Ford Motorsport cams and throttle body plus dyno tuning. 6 speed trans with 4.10 rear gear. Very fun!-Mark UtechtHe recently rolled his 1988 351W-Powered Notchback (punched out to 380-something). I know it is a Mustang, but it (and one or two others out there) along with a couple XR4Tis (one with 5.0 Power) are the closest things in Professional Rally (In the States) to our Birds and Cougars. There isn't much better than sitting out in the woods and having a RWD car with lots of power go Roosting Past...Good Fun.Pics of old Car can be found a lot of places, here's one:http://www.comicozzie.com/gallery2/v/2007/of07/OFR07_1_108.jpg.htmlThread of old cars end with in-car video and pictures:http://www.specialstage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37743Thread for new car with picture link:http://www.specialstage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37769&page=12Link to the Ojibwe Forest Rally:http://www.ojibweforestrally.com/I hope the links work, if not you'll probably see commercials for this in the near future.
