Lost my nuts and a few other questions

87 TC
I have lost the nuts to attach the exhaust to the exhaust manifold any idea what size of nut I need to purchase to get this hooked back up.

I bought this car with the motor all tore apart and missing several items so I bought a used motor to throw in while I rebuild the 2.3 that came with the car. I have a t3/t4 turbo and it looks like the water lines were never used on this set up my question is should I (do I need to) hook up all the water lines to the turbo?

While hooking up all of the electrical I have 2 connectors that I cant seem to have a place to go I think they are the self test connectors do they plug in anywhere. They are in the same loom as the alt connector?

How inportant is it to hook up the line that goes from the valve cover down to the air inlet of the turbo?

Not sure on the nut size...

If the turbo has a water inlet/outlet, USE IT.  You don't technically need water running through it, but I wouldn't go without.  You don't want your nice hybrid turbo to crack, do ya?

Not sure on the wires...

And if you don't hook up the breather line, the car will run extremely rough (if at all).

Thanks man Im really close to getting your old bird running again. By the way did the wire harnes fall onto the turbo it looks like it got a little hot at one time.

I disagree with this.  I have been running mine for almost 3 years without it with no problems.  install a breather filter and be done with it.  I think you got confused with the pcv valve.

Hmm...  whatever the thing is that sits in the valve cover towards the firewall.  My '86 TC wouldn't run without it in place.

I don't remember anything being melted over there when I had the car.

And yes, the coolant lines were definitely hooked up when I sold the car.  turboranger drove it atleast 10 hours back to MO.  I was the one who installed the T3 and I can't remember exactly how it fit together, but I specifically remember going to a hydraulic supply store to get the right fittings and such.  It looked quite good as I remember -- I used npt brake lines, I beleive.
