Doubt it.  They seem to have discontinued everything else.  What's wrong with yours?  I've got a couple laying around here if you need one.  If yours is corroded on the coolant side, you're pretty much SOL.  If the oil side is plugged or slugged up, you should be able to clean it out with a solvent soak.

Looks like just the oil side is sludged up...maybe some good carb cleaner would take care of it!  How do you like the ranger cam in your 88??

Honestly, unless your stock slider cam is wore out, don't swap it for a ranger roller.  A ranger roller is a cheap way to get into a roller, but it does lack a little top end power.  You can get an adjustable cam pulley to move the power back up in the rpm's, but you'll lose a little low end power.  I'm going to replace mine when I finish working over my spare head and install it.
Soak you oil cooler in a parts washer for a while, and make sure the oil side is REALLY clean.  Anything you leave in there will end up back in your oiling system, where you don't want it.
