Getting new exhaust have questions March 22, 2009, 09:27:22 PM I have a 88 TC and looking to get a new exhaust but have a few questions. Is there any power gain over a single to duel exhaust on the 2.3 turbos? I would like to stick with duels but if I can can a few more hp I will go with a single. Getting new exhaust have questions Reply #5 – March 23, 2009, 07:46:47 PM You can do the 3" to 2.5" duals, but it wont flow as well as a single 3" out of the bumper.If you want the full power potential, a 3" exhaust with a Dynomax Ultraflow, Magnaflow, Hooker Maxflow, or similar ler would be ideal.Be forewarned, the Stinger exhaust takes a lot of work to make it fit properly. Took 5 hours for the exhaust guy to tuck it and fit it properly. Quote Selected
