changing window and window motor???

can anyone tell me the best way to change a window motor and window in an 86 T-bird, I have a window on the drivers door but the motor doesnt work,  I have a working window motor on the passenger side, but a busted window, so I need to change the window out on the pass. and change the window motor on the drivers door.
86 Thunderbird TurboCoupe, 66 289 HI-PO, auto.

Pull the dew wipes from the doors (along with the door panels of course).Raise the window so you can acces the motors.There should be three holes towards the bottom front of the doors and you can see the bolts to the motor.I THINK they are either 8 or 10mm (I think 8).Unplug the motor,remove the three bolts and remove the motor.The,just reverse the process installing the new motor.Look at the window track and you'll see where and how the glass is fastened.Remove the dew wipes,lower the window track enough that you can access the window fasteners,remove them,install the new glass,put the dew wipes and panels back on,drive.

On my sons 83 I had to drill the hole to acces the bolts holding the motor to the regulator. Of course if someone has already been there you wont need to . If you do you will see the 3 dimples in the correct spots to drill
