Cat Jam Convoy from Maryland

Ok, we need to coordinate this ahead of time because Cat Jam is coming up soon.  Last year, we met at a grocery store parking lot which is about 1/2 mile east of I-70 in Frederick, Maryland.  Take I-70 west and take exit 49 which is ALT-US40 east toward Frederick.  I think the name of the grocery store is Weis Market.  Propose we meet at 9:30 Friday morning.  Here is the location.

99% sure I won't be there. Doesn't look like I'll be making Cat Jam this year :(

Yea, it was at a Weis. 9:30 should work great (i'll be sure to take a nap once we get to Ohio  :D  )

im not even sure of my ordeal, strapped for cash hardcore right now

if all goes well, i might see if it would be cool to roll out to your house Karl the day before, and see if it would be cool to crash over night, so i know i wont be late, and i can learn from the best on prepping my car for a show ;)

probley dosnt do you guys much good but i got like 6 radios i believe. im struggling to have my car finished...  i still need an alignment and something to fix my tierod issue...

Yeah, that's cool with me.  We have extra rooms with extra beds so that would work out fine.  Andrew, if you want to roll up the day before as well, that would be cool too.
As for the whole prepping car thing...
working 70 hours per week sort of puts a kink in my prep time and I may be going overseas next week.  Otherwise, I would have started already.  But yeah, I will probably be up most of the night getting ready because I always end up never having everything done by 9pm the night before.

As far as the radios go, I wanted to see if we have enough among the MD folks or if I need to go buy another set.

That sounds like a plan. I could fill up on some cheaper gas and help you guys out with any last minute car preparation. My car is gonna look like poop anyways, so I think i'm just gonna change the oil and call it a day.  :D

About the radios, I remember from last year/Philly that Joe's two radios work fine on the same channels, so we should have 4 radios between us - are we gonna have more than four cars in the convoy?

Ok, cool. We'll have to figure out a good time for you all to come over.  Since three of us will be leaving from Westminster, we could actually move the meeting point to Mount Airy where we would meet Joe.  Is anyone else coming from Maryland or is it just the four of us?

I don't know.  Is it going to only be Joe, Andrew, Shawn and me?  If so, then I guess we have just enough radios.

Yeah, I'll bring the two radio's I had last year and meet wherever..  Things are really hectic here too, dunno what car I'll be driving since there is stuff to do on both of them.

Add to that the water main to my house split open this weekend and you have a lot of chaos!  :hick:
