you are correct, its a mustang, hood hinges and cowl are a dead giveaway, early birds had prop rods, but a different cowl design, and hinges
It's Gumby's fault.

What a loser, posts the underhood of a stang as his own hahahahahahahahaha.
He's probably only got a 3.8l.
And since the flame war has already started i'll chime in,what the hell is with the subs in the back and the interior speakers in the trunk, maybe you have your steering wheel in your trunk or something, what a cone,i've been in installing car stereo's for over 12 years now and have a killer setup in my bird but never have i seen anyone put there subs inside the car and there interior speakers in the trunk.
Where'd you get that idea, from a crackerjack box?
And as for your 326hp SO engine, good luck with that,my currently stock HO(get that HO, not SO not that you know the differance) will eat your 16sec car for lunch and after i cross the line i'll look back just to see you finish secs later.
Try spending about 3000.00 in mod parts like i have and then if your lucky you might get 326hp at the flywheel.
You gotta love people that flame an entire board by saying that he'll eat us all for lunch, what a DUMBASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My '86 has a prop rod, but those hinges look different than mine.

And he didn't flame the entire board, just those of you who race. :p

Lol alot of us race, most of the board id say.
As for the eng bay,it is definetly a stang, his bird is an 87-88 design and they never had a prop rod or that hinge design.

I didn't catch the pic...but yeah that's an 87-93 Mustang plain as day.  The 83-86 Tbird's look nothing like that.  The cowl is a dead giveaway.

I can't believe he hasn't been banned yet.  Also, TC hoods "2 gay little scoops" actually served a purpose in 1987.  They fed cool air to this (prepare I'm going to use technical terms) intercooler that went inline with the turbo.

Guys, we all better watch out.  None of us have 4 6x9's in the trunk.  I only have two, myself, so I know my '84 TC couldn't touch him, either.  You guys running stock audio?  Hah, don't even bother.  The extra traction from the heavy-weight magnets on the speakers lets him pop wheelies due to the decreased weight from the port-polish up front, too.  One time he popped a wheelie behind a mustang and drove over top of it.

As for the money issue... you've had to wait to "save up" $200 yet you've done all this work to the car to get you "caught up with mustangs"?  $200 should be peanuts to you, big timer.  Yep, you must roll real fvcking hard.

If you know so much about cars that you can build what you claim you have built, why the hell are you asking us what you should do next?
