why are my pedals missing the qudrant

i bought a set of 5 speed pedals the guy said they were from a 88 coupe but when i got them there is some sort of electical connection on the clutch ped and there is no quad .wtf:beatyoass: any body have an idea

no they came out of a 88 mustang coupe..it looks as if there electronic..i dont know

Pics would be key.

Most likely you didn't get a complete set if there is no quad on them.

If it's from a Mustang then I'd say you're gonna have to get an aftermarket aluminum quadrant and put it on. Which you should do anyways. :D

1988 Mustang GT - GT40 heads, Explorer intake, 70mm throttle body, 70mm MAF, Crane 1.7 rrs, E303 cam, Kirban Kwik shifter w/ Pro 5.0 deluxe handle, aluminum clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster, o/r h pipe, Dynomax lers, 3G alternator, aluminum radiator, and 3.27 gears.

That's the clutch safety/start switch. The quadrant goes on the other side.

I got mine off Ebay for $5.00.It's a billet Ford Racing piece.They are all over Ebay for cheap.Check it out
