Isn't that Plimpton's car, that won the pump gas drags? If so I don't remeber it having a Chevy engine in it...

This is suppose to be the mercury capri in 2010. This car plus the ford flex and the 300hp focus are coming. What are you talking about when you say ford can't make good looking cars. :beatyoass:

I have now seen front end pics of this car and wow it looks shagy sign me up for one. Hell sign me up for a focus RS as well they are both shagy cars (especially in electric green).

well it is a Lamborghini saloon.  as in its 4 door car to rival a bmw type car.  its also never going to see production. i dont get why your all shooting it down.  yes youre all right about how ridiculous it looks, but i guess this means they're trying to get rid of scissor door 2 seaters to bring in more people who might be interested?  ford is looking for something more practical these days anyway.  dodge is the only one on my radar with a "hybrid" "sportscar" (and 2 cars to accompany the line) that from what i vaguely remember looked like a lotus elise.

heck. here.

It's not that it looks like an Elise, it IS a Lotus Europa. And it's an EV, not a Hybrid.

It's also pure vaporware to convince people that Chrycerberus actually has a plan for the future. They've spent every day since the purchase whittling down the existing stock and coming up with nothing new for the pipeline. Then when Auto Media gets on their case for being boring and not sharing any development news with the world Chrysler comes out with three slapped together 'green' vehicles for the Paris Auto Show (could you ever see a Parisian driving a Dodge?).

The whole thing reminds me of Stephen Harper's election campaign. "Oh yeah! I'm supposed to have a platform! Someone come up with something, quick."

The best part of it is the RIMS which i sure you could find some better Aftermarket rims for it anyway with some work an some Ca$h.

Ford did make nice cars just need a chevy BB and a Procharger F3 and 2 run 8s.

No, you can do the same with a Ford 460/514.....but, turbos on it are more fun!
