Got any pics? Been looking for a cheap truck that wasnt rusted to hell. Only thing is distance. Not sure I want to go that far. Plus the engine would have to be installed and running. I aint got any way to get it here unless I drive it. I do love that year tho.

If could find a way to get it here I'd get it in a heartbeat. Not sure about driving it that long of a distance. Plus I keep finding things wrong with my car, and I got a feeling it would die just leaving the county. If I could find a cheap way to get it here I would. Not a bad looking truck tho. Hood could use a good sandblasting and few coats of primer. Oh well. Guess I'll have to keep looking around here, cant really afford to have anything shipped right now, but thanks for the pic tho, always nice to see an old ford still around. Just wish I could find one around here worth putting money in.

BlackJack,
How far from Terre Haute is the truck?  Is it in Fort Wayne, too?  If that motor has been running on 106 octane, will it run on 87 to 91 pump gas?  Even 87 is near $2 a gallon now.  Is the compression that high?  I had a '69 Mach 1 with a 428CJ with about 10:1 compression and I think it would have run on 93, but I still had to put lead additive in the tank because I didn't have stainless valves or hardened valve seats.  Anyway, I'm very interested, if it has a clear title.  Please let me know.  Thanks.

Blackjack,
Hey, just thought I'd check back in and see what the status was on the truck?  Any change?  Did you all get the new motor installed?  Did he ever sell the Mustang?  If money was no object, I'd bring both of them home if they were still for sale and I had a place to put them.  My landlord probably wouldn't appreciate it much.  I just wanted to let you know that I was still very interested in the truck if it's still available.  Please let me know!  Thanks.  Fordman3
