UPS sucks

another member here shipped out a package to me via ups, had a scheduled delivery date of 5-02-08. guess what? yup, the idiots lost it. they said they are "looking" for it now. this isn't the first time they did this to me. what can brown do for you? evidently lose your packages. they suck. that is all.

***this is not a knock on the seller just to be clear***

Try living in a "rural setting"... They leave my stuff all over the woods including in my neighbor's driveway when they bother to leave it, when they don't I have an hour drive to go pick it up at their "customer service" desk which is open for a whole 3 hours a day for pickup. There is one guy that seems to have it figured out. Fedex is worse.

I wish companies/sellers would give you the option of selecting the shipper.

I was going to sell some wheels/tires (15x4" Weld skinnies if anybody is intrested) to somebody on the opposite coast, and DHL shipping was half the cost of UPS. This and the fact that UPS is too stupid to charge my credit card when I do "return" without me having to setup a separate "billing" account - thus I am forced to mail them a check since they can't "see" older transactions.

So, they are stupid and expensive!
